Service Agreement for NLP Mindset, Emotional Healing, Cycle Coaching, and Nervous System Regulation.

1. Introduction
   This Custom Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Olivia Heine of Oh Flow Coaching ("Service Provider") and the individual purchasing and participating in the mindset, emotional healing, cycle coaching and nervous system regulation “Hypnosis” ("Participant"). By purchasing and participating in this course, Participant agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Acknowledgment of Non-Medical Nature Participant acknowledges and agrees that the content, techniques, and tools provided in this course are for informational and educational purposes only. The course is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or psychological counseling. The information presented is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Qualifications of Service Provider
   The Service Provider is qualified and certified as an NLP Practitioner, Life and Success Coach, EFT Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, TIME Techniques Practitioner, and Cycle Coach. These certifications allow the Service Provider to teach and support clients in the work of mindset, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation and menstrual cycle awareness. The Service Provider is deeply committed to the Participant’s growth and will show up 100% in providing guidance and support throughout the course. However, the Service Provider cannot guarantee the Participant's success or any specific outcomes. Success is the responsibility of the Participant and is wholly dependent on their commitment to engage in the work and apply the techniques taught.
4. Responsibility for Well-being
   Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their well-being, actions, and decisions during and after the course. The Service Provider does not assume any responsibility or liability for the Participant's physical, mental, or emotional well-being. Participant agrees to take full responsibility for their own health and safety, including but not limited to knowing their own limits, stopping participation if necessary, and seeking professional medical advice when appropriate.
5. No Liability for Harm
   The nature of this course is such that it is not intended to place Participant in physical, mental, or emotional harm. However, Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the course. Should Participant feel that any aspect of the course is too much for them mentally, emotionally, or physically, they agree to discontinue participation immediately. Participant acknowledges that they are aware of their own limits and will act accordingly.
6. Non-Suit Clause
   Participant agrees that by participating in this course, they waive any and all rights to sue or make any legal claims against the Service Provider for any reason related to the course. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for emotional distress, physical harm, mental harm, or any other form of injury or damages resulting from participation in the course.
7. No Participation for Individuals with Severe Psychological Issues
   This course is not intended for individuals who are struggling with deep psychological issues, including but not limited to depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), suicidal thoughts, or any other severe mental health conditions. Participant acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to determine whether this course is appropriate for them, and that individuals with such conditions should seek professional medical or psychological treatment rather than participate in this course.
8. Finality of Sales
   All sales for this course are final due to the live nature of the program. Participant acknowledges that no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
9. Indemnification
   Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Participant’s involvement in the course, including but not limited to any claims arising from Participant's failure to adhere to the terms of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Free State of Bavaria, Germany. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bavaria. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to such venue.
11. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Service Provider and the Participant with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
12. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
13. Acceptance of Terms
    By clicking "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows" at checkout, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Participant's electronic acceptance through the online checkout process shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
