This Is the Work That Found Me

I didn't always know relationships were my work.
I’ve always wanted love. But for a long time, I didn’t know how to stay open to it. Even when it felt good, I found myself tightening, controlling, waiting for something to go wrong.
I was the woman who did the healing work, read the books, stayed single for four years after a heartbreak to "do it right" next time... and then still felt anxious, overwhelmed, and triggered when I finally attracted something healthy.
That was the moment I realized: it wasn't about the relationship.
It was about what the relationship revealed.
The fear of choosing wrong. The fear of being left. The fear of leaving. The fear of losing myself inside something that was supposed to feel good.
What the Pattern Revealed
I grew up in a deeply loving home—but like many of us, I inherited a silent script about love: how to be in it, what it means to stay, how to manage it, how to hold everyone else's emotions so nothing breaks.
When my parents separated, it left an imprint I couldn’t name until years later. The pain didn’t hit me all at once. It lived in the background—until it didn’t. Until it became the reason I didn’t trust myself to choose. The reason I feared both being abandoned and abandoning someone else.
My healing didn’t begin in one moment.
It unfolded over time: through yoga teacher training, subconscious reprogramming, cycle awareness, womb work, and eventually, through the one thing I feared most—surrendering control in a relationship where I actually felt safe.
And even there—especially there—the old patterns rose to the surface. That’s when everything changed.
I discovered my Rootprint:
The subconscious emotional blueprint I’d inherited around love, safety, and connection.
Not from one relationship. From all of them.
From what I saw. What I modeled. What I learned to be true about love before I could speak it out loud.
And I realized the work wasn’t about fixing how I loved.
It was about finally feeling safe enough to stay in love—without disappearing inside of it.

This is why I do this work.
Not to help you attract the “perfect” relationship.
But to help you feel anchored in yourself—
So that you can receive what you’ve been asking for,
Without collapsing into the old pattern when it finally arrives.
This work is about:
→Healing the root patterns that shaped your experience of love
→ Releasing the urge to manage, control, or prove yourself
→ Reclaiming emotional sovereignty so you can show up whole
→ Returning to the part of you that can hold herself —so you no longer give yourself away to stay connected
This is Liberation.
Not a fix.
A Rebirth.
What I Believe
Â
I believe that love is the portal.
Not the goal.
That we are shaped by what we witness, taught by what we mirror, and made safe by what we repeat—
Until we choose to unlearn it.
I believe triggers are sacred messages.
That our bodies remember what our minds are too smart to admit.
And that feeling unsettled doesn’t mean the relationship is wrong—
It means something inside us is ready to be revealed.
I believe emotional safety starts within.
That boundaries don’t close you off—they call you back to yourself.
And that love, real love, doesn’t ask you to disappear to belong.
It invites you home.
